We’re Bestime Solutions LLC, a Florida real estate and construction company turning ideas into exceptional living spaces throughout the Orlando metro. We specialize in quality craftsmanship, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Our scope is rare: we’re a licensed general contractor and a licensed roofing contractor with a working real estate arm. That dual-license structure means we don’t hand the roof off to a stranger when renovating a property, and we don’t hand the property off to a stranger when it’s time to sell.

Florida licenses are issued, audited, and renewed by the state. Bestime Solutions holds two of them, in two different specialties. Most contractors hold one. Many advertise services they aren’t licensed for. We don’t.
